so give a shit about your people and their development. care about them more than making a profit. care about them more than winning a game. care about them more than how they can benefit you and your name. care because that’s what this world needs more of. making a profit might provide more luxuries. winning games might provide you temporary happiness. making a name for yourself might feed your ego. but do you know what will add VALUE to your life? making a difference. inspiring someone. actually giving a shit about people and their development. why? because hardly anyone does. but you don’t have to be like everyone else - you can choose to be different simply by giving a shit.
